报道称，此前托雷拉的经纪人公开抱怨加拉塔萨雷俱乐部和国际足联，得知此事后托雷拉决定终止与经纪人的合作，他想专注于比赛本身和即将到来的世界杯。
本赛季目前为止，26岁的托雷拉为加拉塔萨雷出场11次，其中10次首发，他入选了乌拉圭国家队征战世界杯的大名单。
